Frequently asked questions
Which channels does Onedly support?
WhatsApp (through the official WhatsApp Business Platform), Instagram, Facebook Messenger and TikTok (through Infobip), plus comments on Facebook and Instagram.
Can I keep using my current WhatsApp number?
You connect a number to the WhatsApp Business Platform during setup. Depending on how the number is used today, it may need to move from the WhatsApp Business app; we explain the options before you connect.
Does the AI assistant reply on its own?
Only if you allow it. You can start with suggested replies your team approves. When it does reply, it says it is automated and passes the conversation to a person when needed.
Where do prices and amounts come from?
Always from your catalogue, store orders or booking services, never from the assistant or the customer.
